Description

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, enthusiastic to build from scratch, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex and ever-changing environment. This person will have a strong background managing paid social marketing for sports betting and casinos.

Responsibilities:

• Creating measurable performance media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and other platforms.
• Activate high impact digital marketing campaigns with the focus on driving new user acquisition for the sport and casino offering.
• Identify and develop incremental marketing tactics and opportunities by marketing channel to drive additional viewership and acquisition.
• Manage the performance media marketing plans and budgets.
• Forecast ongoing performance based on history, market behaviour and future opportunities- developing performance metrics and KPIs to operate against.
• Creation of the objectives and roadmaps for the channel to be executed against.
• Ensuring channel technologies are set up in the best way possible, including staying up to date with channel technology developments.
• Analysing campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Presenting strategy, learnings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Use innovative technologies to identify new audiences, targets and keywords to expand channel reach.
• Maintain relationships with major media publishers and partners (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, etc).
• Drive development of creative briefs for managed channels ensure they deliver the results needed whilst staying aligned to goals and strategies for the overall business.
• Work closely together with internal and external stakeholders to optimise existing processes, find new opportunities and deliver results (Product, BI, Account Management, Brand Marketing, Content Marketing etc.)

Experience Required:

• 5 years' experience in paid social background.
• Educated to university level in a marketing or a relevant discipline.
• Knowledgeable in implementing, optimising, and reporting on biddable media campaigns, both acquisition and retention.
• Demonstrable aptitude for analytics and desire to learn new techniques and tools

Preferred Qualifications.

• Understanding of DV360 and other DSP’s as it relates to the optimization of media spend and conversion.
• Advanced Excel user.
• Strong understanding of standard reporting suites (Looker, Google Analytics and Google sheets/Excel).
• Excellent understanding of Social & Display including Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snap as it relates to the optimization of media spend and conversion.
• Experience planning and leading media campaigns and communicating progress and results.
