Description

The Role:

To ensure timely and accurate processing of crypto and payments in relation to operational and client transactions

Job Responsibilities:

◦ Ensure payments and receipts for operational and client transactions are processed accurately within daily cut off times and hourly deadlines
◦ Collaborate with any reconciliation items, investigate the items and clear them in a timely manner
◦ Investigate and clear client queries in a timely manner, provide update and escalations of queries internally and externally, keeping stakeholders informed of any issues or difficulties
◦ Proactively research new payment methods and solutions with the aim of achieving a more streamlined process and improved customer experience

Skills/Experience:

◦ Proven experience of working within the payments industry including experience of dealing with FPS, CHAPs, SWIFT and SEPA payments
◦ Owns or is familiar with cryptocurrencies and Blockchain technology
◦ Proven experience in providing excellent customer service 2+ years’, experience in a similar role dealing with high volumes of assets and complexity
◦ 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role for a brokerage, Bank or payments team
