Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of HR with HR responsibilities and activities of the company
• Focus on the day to day functions and tasks of the HR department
• Provide expert professional advice and support to the Head of HR, Directors, Managers and staff on all aspects of HR
• Address and resolve employee relations issues including conducting investigations, disciplinary, grievance and redundancies and partner with senior managers to make recommendations to determine the appropriate corrective actions.

Qualification & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (preferred)
CIPD qualified or working towards
• At least 2 years experience within HR
• Experience of writing HR policies and procedures (advantageous)
• Experience of conducting investigations, disciplinaries, grievances
• Knowledge and experience using an HRIS system (advantageous)
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and oral (essential)
• Knowledge of Gibraltar Law (advantageous)
