Our client is offering an interesting 'hybrid' role which requires a combination of strong people and operational management skills in addition to a comprehensive knowledge of HR. The challenging yet interesting role requires HR knowledge with a scope across multiple business functions, and successful candidates must possess excellent people and operational management skills as well as senior HR experience.
Typically, you will have been both an operational manager and run or managed a HR function in your career to date. As an excellent problem solver you will have senior management experience and be able to adapt to fast changing priorities, juggle multiple issues and resolve them in an efficient and timely manner.
◦ Liaising with management and senior management on people management issues, including recruitment, performance management, providing guidance and advice and ensuring issues are managed correctly and resolved expediently by all relevant parties.
