Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and managing trust transactions and liaising with clients there on
KYC, AML, and risk analysis for Fund Managers
• Managing all paperwork for shares management and taxes locally
• Attend meetings as required and prepare draft minutes
• Have full responsibility for opening new clients accounts from Company • Registration to filing of necessary reports
• Have personal client contact and management with HNW individuals
• Any other ad hoc duties as may be required by an employee working within this role


• Good knowledge of Viewpoint software
• Sound legal understanding of Funds and how they are constructed
• Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles for understanding the performance of the Fund
• Viewpoint knowledge would be ideal
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially when using Word and Excel
• Work well as a team, as well as, as an individual
• STEP or ICSA qualification ideal but not essential if have relevant experience
