The Receptionist will have the responsibility of signing in all walk in clients and manage client workflow. They will interact with the CSRs to deliver excellent customer service and will need to be a team player with positive and friendly can do attitude. They will act as a switchboard for all calls that are not able to be answered by our phone routing system. They will also have responsibilities for office facilities. They will be able to speak English and Spanish fluently.
