The Role

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent working across Gibraltar and Sotogrande, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the higher end of the market. You will also be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market and staying up to date with the latest industry trends.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Prepare and present property listings to potential clients
• Conduct property inspections and showings
• Negotiate property transactions on behalf of clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and other industry professionals
• Value properties for rent or sale
• Take high quality photographs and video footage 
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience as a Real Estate Agent
• Fluency in English and Spanish language
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of developments and HNW Individuals
• Driving licence
• Able to provide a valuation of a property 
• Understand the sales processes
• Ability to use CRM systems, emails and Office 365 competently
• Strong understanding of the local Gibraltar/Sotogrande real estate market
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed

We offer a competitive 50% commission compensation package (no fixed salary), a mobile phone and laptop where required. We will also provide training on our systems and processes, and shadowing in the initial period. Properties we rent tend to start from £1,000 with a month’s rental income as commission, and sales range from 1.5% to 5% of £250,000-£Millions for larger developments. The pay can be very lucrative for the right person.
