Role and Responsibilities

Our client is looking for a property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned residential properties.

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance contractors.
• Maintain records of income, expenses, complaints, maintenance, etc.
• Oversee MOTs of all vehicles
• Assist the main residential property with general requests.
• Manage all vehicles on property.
• Technical abilities
• Electrician
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
• Any other duties reasonably requested by the Company/family from time to time.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Proven experience as a project/property manager
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Prioritisation and time management skills

Additional Notes

• Hard working, discreet and articulate. 
• Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Demonstrates a high level of autonomy, initiative, and independence. 
• Must always observe a code of strictest confidentiality.
• Engineering qualification would be a distinct advantage.
