Job purpose: Deliver strategic objectives as the managerial, operational, and administrative lead. Lead the journey to evolve the hotel into one of the best in the region
Main areas of responsibility:
Strategy: Define the company strategy; implement measurable operational: targets to measure the success
People: Lead, organise, and motivate our workforce through clear and effective communication to achieve personal KPIs and company objectives
Projects: Identify new opportunities to generate value; plan, launch, and deliver new projects
Quality: Develop and build internal quality management systems to ensure a consistent customer experience
Finance: Set budget; monitor performance; support departmental leads to achieve targets and set corrective action where appropriate
Operations: Streamline operations to improve performance; enhance customer experience through effective training and clear direction
Degree in Hotel & Catering Management or equivalent
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Minimum of 10 years of experience in an appropriate role
Fluent English, Spanish desirable
Willing to relocate to Gibraltar / Southern Spain
