Our Client is now looking for a focused, ambitious and self-motivated Crypto Broker to join their customer-facing Operations team. The ideal candidate would have a serious interest in Crypto and a desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Some previous experience in a professional sector such as fintech, gaming, cryptocurrency and/or financial services is highly desired but not essential. Most importantly, you must share our enthusiasm for the Crypto asset class and have a strong aptitude for learning new skills and working with technical systems.

The role will enable you to try a little bit of everything at the firm, with potential advancement as a specialist within one of the departments. This position is suitable for high-performing individuals transitioning into the Crypto sector or just starting out in their career.

As a Crypto Broker you will report directly to the head of the operations team and will be responsible for a variety of customer-facing roles, including sales and customer service.

The employment is long-term in nature and we are looking for a real team player who wants to be part of and share in the company’s success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Buy and sell Bitcoin and other Cryptos to and from clients.

● Source new clients and develop existing relationships.

● Adhere to all necessary regulatory, compliance and business standards.

● Manage trading accounts on popular OTC trading platforms.

● Provide high-quality customer service to clients.

● Assist in the resolution of day-to-day client queries.

● Work closely with the operations manager to achieve business goals.

● Establish strong working relationships across the business with other departments.

● Work collaboratively or independently when required.

● Manage various trading related risks (execution risk, price volatility risk etc).

Requirements and Qualifications:

● Excellent written and spoken English.

● Massive enthusiasm for Bitcoin and Crypto generally.

● Bachelor’s degree (preferably in finance, technology or similar).

● Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

● Already living in Gibraltar or within commuting distance.

● Personal or professional experience with crypto assets.

● Professional experience working in a regulated sector (Brokerage, Gaming, Banking, MSB, PSP, FX, Compliance etc).
