Client Services Administrator

The role of the successful applicant will be to work within a team responsible for the maintenance of our client company accounts, including working with local and international banks, arranging transfers, and reconciling accounts. The position also includes undertaking real-time double entry bookkeeping and dealing with general administration work in our Client Services Dept.
Desired skills and experience:
- Self-motivated and highly organized individual who is an excellent team player.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task.
- Strong academic background, minimum of 5 GCSE’s including English and Mathematics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance is preferred, but not essential or is at least part AAT qualified, or possess a similar or higher qualification.
- Prior experience in the banking sector is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (required) and Viewpoint (preferred).
