Our client is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Analyst (BA). You will be working on a wide range of IT related projects within a telecom’s domain, liaising with stakeholders of various levels, both internally and externally and you will be responsible for ensuring business requirements are identified, documented, analysed, and progressed within a structured and programmed environment, as well as supporting the implementation.
Responsibilities
- Analysing the business needs of the organisation and identifying solutions to business problems using technology.
- Ensuring solutions are in accordance with the broader BSS/OSS architecture strategy.
- Gathering and analysing data to inform decision making and strategy.
- Working with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Creating and maintaining project schedules and budgets.
- Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical team members, including presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Testing and validating technical solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for implemented technical solutions.
- Continuously improving processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience & Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or information systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, such as Excel or SQL.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies and software, such as CRM systems or programming languages.
- Experience in a telecommunications environment advantageous.
