Responsibilities

• Generate actionable insights from a deep dive analysis to maximise performance.

• Liaise with the Acquisition Team to develop new approaches and streamline processes.

• As part of analysis, validate the integrity of our reporting resources and escalate data discrepancies.

• Report directly to the Head of Analytics with a focus on Acquisition Marketing.

• Raise ideas for optimising the Acquisition reporting and insight programme.

• Work with relevant stakeholders to source data that produces a complete customer/ business narrative.

• Delivering analytics & insight programme to help the Acquisition team transform the vast amount of data into actionable insights, to inform the Acquisition strategy and enhance the company business performance.

• Advise on appropriate use, definition and interpretation of data items or reports built

• Support the Acquisition Team with ad-hoc analytical and insight requests.

Skills and experience

• Strong maths, statistical, analytical background

• Advanced Microsoft Excel user

• Problem-solving with a “can do” attitude.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Pro-active and enthusiastic to learn.

• Strong Team player.

Desirable

• Bachelor’s degree in Maths, Statistics, Economics or equivalent quantitative field

• Experience with SQL working with large datasets

• Experience working with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI

• Experience in other programming languages such as R or Python
