Purple Chilli began as a husband and wife team, born without initially realising that we had a potentially very successful business right before us. Through the desire to help connect potential candidates to perspective recruiters we found ourselves working free of charge around our own day to day jobs connecting people. The business ‘light bulb’ moment came during the final months of Hayley’s Business Degree when she realised there was an opportunity to form a full time career helping to improve the employment recruitment process, by understanding and connecting the ‘most appropriate’ candidate to their ‘most-suited position’ based on the qualities, aspirations, qualifications and requirements of both parties and simplifying the long term approaches witnessed by other agencies.
